Required Qualifications...
To ensure compliance with Maryland state regulations and deliver the highest quality of care, applicants must provide:
✅ Basic Qualifications

Minimum age: 18 years
-
High school diploma or GED (for most positions)
-
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for field staff)

Ability to pass a criminal background check.
✅ Healthcare-Specific Credentials
-
RNs/LPNs: Valid Maryland or compact state nursing license
-
CNAs/HHAs: Active certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing

CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association preferred)
-
TB test (within last 12 months)
-
Physical exam (within last 12 months)
-
COVID-19 vaccination record (or exemption documentation)
